Step 3 Plotting &
Cutting
All of
our signage is created with computer cut vinyl, we do not
"print" our signs, instead the sign lettering and graphics are
sent to our vinyl plotter which cuts each letter and graphics
with a small, sharp blade. Each color in your sign is sent
to the plotter individually, and then assembled on your sign by
the production department.
Step
4 Preparing to Assemble Your Sign
Our
production department takes the computer-cut vinyl for each job
and weeds away the excess vinyl, leaving only the lettering and
graphics behind. We then mask off this vinyl with transfer
tape which will enable us to transfer the lettering and graphics
from the backing paper to the sign's surface material.
