Stokes Sign Company Refund Policy
At Stokes Sign Company, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and flexible whenever possible.
Within 30 days of purchase, eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, less any non-refundable custom work or special-order materials that have already been produced or purchased.
After 30 days, refunds are no longer issued in full. By this point, many of the costs associated with your order have already been incurred, including administrative processing, sales commissions, design and project management time, credit card processing fees, and the purchase of custom materials or fabricated components that cannot be returned.
For this reason, refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase may be subject to reasonable deductions to cover these incurred costs. Whenever possible, we are happy to offer an in-store credit for the remaining balance, which can be applied toward any future products or services.
Our goal is always to work with our customers to find a fair solution while recognizing the time, materials, and resources already invested in each project.
